Before you ask.
Are you a registered business?+
Yes. Makarios IT Solutions is registered with the DTI and the BIR. You deal with a real, accountable business, and every payment comes with an official invoice for your own books. Clients who sign with us can see our certificates of registration on request.
Do I own the code?+
On a custom build, yes. Repositories, documentation and accounts are handed over in full. Our own products are subscriptions: the code stays ours, your data stays yours and exportable.
What does a project cost?+
We quote per project. Custom builds are a one-time build cost plus hosting and care. Tell us what you need and you'll get a real number, not a range.
How long does it take?+
Discovery about a week, design one to two, then sprints you can follow. A focused first version takes weeks; a larger system, months.
What happens after launch?+
A 30-day warranty on every build. After that, patches, backups, monitoring and small changes run on a care plan billed separately.
