Maginhawa Street · Quezon City
A neighbourhood café roasting Philippine single-origin coffee in-house every morning — and serving the silog breakfasts you grew up with.
Our story
We started in a garage on Maginhawa with a three-kilo drum and one rule: never serve a bean older than two weeks. That rule hasn't changed.
Every morning we roast only what the day needs. Nothing sits, nothing stales — what reaches your cup was green coffee forty-eight hours ago.
Our origins
We buy green coffee direct from three Philippine farms and roast each to the profile it actually wants — never to a single house standard.
