These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of a project. If you engage us to build something, or take up one of our products, that work is governed by a separate service agreement and quotation which we send you before anything starts, and which take precedence over this page.
1. Who we are
Makarios IT Solutions is a software studio registered with the Department of Trade and Industry as a sole proprietorship, based in Cainta, Rizal, Philippines. You can reach us at hello@makarios-it.com.
2. Using this site
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please do not:
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its hosting, or its data that is not publicly available
- use automated tools in a way that degrades the site for other people
- submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, misleading, or not yours to send
- copy the site's design or written content and present it as your own work
3. Our content
The text, design, code, images and branding on this site belong to Makarios IT Solutions unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site wholesale, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or are working with you when we are not.
Anything you send us through the contact form or by email stays yours. We use it only to reply to you and to scope the work you are asking about. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
4. The sample sites
The demonstration sites linked from this site are our own work, built to show what we make. The businesses shown in them are invented. The names, addresses, prices, opening hours, staff and reviews in those demos are not real, and nothing in them is an offer from any actual business. The same goes for the demo companies, people and figures in our product screenshots.
5. The chat assistant
The assistant on this site is automated. It can be wrong, and it cannot commit us to anything. It may repeat the price ranges published on our Pricing page, but it does not give quotations, agree deadlines, take bookings, or form a contract. Treat what it tells you as a starting point, and confirm anything that matters with a person.
Please do not type confidential information, passwords, or personal details about other people into it.
6. Our products
Quavora, SnapSibo and WattView are our own products, provided under their own contracts. Access to them is not granted by this website and is not part of these terms. Where you use one of them, your data remains yours and is exportable in full, free, at any time.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
8. Availability and accuracy
We keep this site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Information here, including descriptions of what we build and the price ranges on our Pricing page, is for general guidance. It is not a quotation, and it is not professional advice for your particular situation. A quotation is a document we prepare for you, signed and dated, valid for the period stated on it.
To the extent Philippine law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute about this website may be brought before the proper courts of Cainta, Rizal, the same venue named in our service agreements.
