Information you provide
- Project brief and contact form: your name, email address, the options you pick, and the details of the message you send us.
- Chat assistant: the messages you type into the chat widget so it can answer your questions.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: standard logs recorded by our hosting provider, which may include your IP address, browser and device type, and the time of your visit. These are used to keep the site running securely.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries, prepare quotes, and provide our services.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website, including protection against spam and automated abuse.
- To answer questions through the chat assistant.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of providers that process limited data on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, bot protection (Turnstile), cookieless web analytics, and Workers AI, which generates the chat assistant's replies. Messages you send in the chat are processed by Cloudflare to produce an answer. Cloudflare may process your IP address and connection details.
- Resend: delivers your brief or contact-form message to our email inbox.
Our fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.
5. Cookies, storage, and analytics
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The site keeps two small preferences in your own browser: whether you chose light or dark mode, and whether you have already seen the opening animation in this visit. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a token to confirm you are not a bot when you send the form.
To understand how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that is cookieless. It does not fingerprint your device or track you across other websites. It records only anonymous, aggregate information such as page views and referring sites, which we cannot use to identify you.
6. Data retention
Enquiries are kept in our email only for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. Chat conversations are not stored on our servers: they exist only in your browser while the chat is open. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for its standard periods.
7. Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to be informed about, to access, to correct, to object to the processing of, and to request the erasure or blocking of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. 8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and automated-abuse protection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
This website and our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any material change will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
