Bulk mixed import
Drop up to 100 files at once: phone photos, PDFs, bank CSV exports, all mixed together. SnapSibo queues them up and works through the pile one by one.
Self-learning categories
Confirm "Meralco = Utilities" once, and every Meralco scan after that files itself. The more your team uses it, the less anyone has to sort by hand.

You get a company admin account. They invite members by email or a join code, and everyone files into the same org under their own login. No shared passwords floating around.
Reimbursement workflow
Members submit claims, and admins approve, reject, or mark them paid. SnapSibo can email everyone at each step, so nobody has to chase a status in the group chat.
Org budgets & alerts
Set budgets for the whole team on top of personal ones. SnapSibo tracks them and warns you as spending nears the cap, so an overrun shows up early rather than at month-end.
Projects & cost centers
Tag a receipt to a project or cost center, then pull spend per project with its own CSV. Handy for billing a client or charging costs back internally.

Questions teams ask first.
How do we sign up?
SnapSibo is invite-only for companies. We provision your org and first admin account from your contract; your admin then invites the rest of the team. There's no open public signup to manage.
How is it billed?
Through a company contract, sized to your team and how much you scan. There are no per-seat subscriptions or app-store charges. Everyone gets full features, and fair-use limits keep the cost predictable.
What platforms does it run on?
One codebase serves Android and any modern browser, so staff can scan on their phone or file from a desktop. iOS users can use the web app as an installable PWA.
How is our data protected?
Every account's data is isolated with database row-level security, and an operator kill-switch can suspend a company or individual account immediately when a contract ends.
Can we export for accounting?
Yes. Pull the team ledger and reimbursement register as CSV, along with spend breakdowns by category, payment method, and project. It's ready for your bookkeeper to work from.
